Joey was a referal from our real estate agent, and boy, was he spot on with Joey being the right man for our needs. Joey took the time to get to know why we were buying and what we wanted to get out of it, and to explain how things had changed since the last time we bought back in the 2000's. He got all our information, and did a pre auth, then took time running us numbers on all sorts of options we had in terms of years and points, etc. And in the end, he got our original quoted rate lowered based on suggestions he had for our particular situation. I could not recommend him more highly for getting the job done on time, correct and without wasting anyones time in the process. That matters a lot when you are on a time line, and have plenty of paperwork to collect and signatures to coordinate---So call Joey, he will be the easiest and smartest part of the whole process!
