OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. SPONSOR:
The Bison Cooler Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Alpha Mortgage Corporation, 1320 Airlie Road, Wilmington, NC 28403 (“Sponsor”).

2. ELIGIBILITY:
This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of North Carolina who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) or household members are not eligible to participate.

3. ENTRY PERIOD:
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time on June 10, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on June 15, 2025 (“Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

4. HOW TO ENTER:
You may enter the Sweepstakes by completing an entry form in one of the following ways:

  • QR Code: Scan the official Alpha Mortgage QR code and complete the online form.
  • In-Person: Complete and submit a paper entry form at an Alpha Mortgage event or office.
  • Mail-In Entry: Mail a postcard with your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address to:

    Wilmington, NC 28403
    Postcard entries must be postmarked by June 15, 2025 and received by June 18, 2025.

Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of method of entry.

5. PRIZE:
One (1) winner will receive one (1) Bison Cooler with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $120. Prize is non-transferable and cannot be substituted for cash or other items.

6. WINNER SELECTION:
On or about June 19, 2025, one (1) potential winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION:
The potential winner will be notified by email or phone within five (5) business days of the drawing. The potential winner must respond within five (5) days of notification to claim the prize. Failure to respond within the required time may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

8. TAXES:
The winner is responsible for all applicable taxes. For prizes over $600, Sponsor will issue a 1099-MISC form as required by law. While this prize is below that threshold, tax liability remains the responsibility of the winner.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS:
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry or entrant that violates these rules or tampers with the operation of the Sweepstakes.

10. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation or acceptance/use of the prize.

11. PUBLICITY:
Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes consent for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, city, and state for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.

12. DISPUTES:
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Hanover County, North Carolina.

13. ODDS:

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received but are estimated to be around 1 in 7500.

13. PRIVACY:
Information submitted with your entry is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at www.alphamortgage.com/privacypolicy. By entering, you consent to being contacted by Alpha Mortgage Corporation.
