Alpha Mortgage is a full service mortgage bank operating as a correspondent lender; we process, underwrite, and close in-house so your loans are with us from application through closing.

We fund loans with our money, so we know what we're doing.

We offer a broad range of conventional, government, and jumbo loans.  When necessary, we can also broker loans to specialty portfolio lenders.

We are licensed to lend in NC, SC, VA, and FL.  If your transaction is elsewhere, I will happily refer you to someone I trust who can take good care of you in your state.

If we don't have a way of doing your loan, you probably won't qualify for anything anywhere else.
